My connection is very slow. What can I do?

Slow speeds can happen for a few reasons. Check these in order:

1. Check your data allowance

Some plans slow down after reaching the daily or total data limit - this is normal and part of how the plan works. Check your remaining data in the Gohub app under My eSIM.

2. Check your location and network coverage

Signal quality depends on the local carrier's coverage in your area. In remote locations, underground, or inside buildings, speeds will naturally be lower. Try moving to an open area.

3. Network congestion

In crowded places like airports, stadiums, or city centers, speeds can slow temporarily because many users share the same network. This usually resolves on its own.

4. Toggle Airplane Mode

Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off. This refreshes your network connection.

5. Restart your device

A restart can resolve minor software issues affecting your connection.

If speeds remain unusually slow after all of the above, contact Gohub via WhatsApp.
