I'm getting the error "Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change
This error is caused by an installation failure. The most common reasons are:
1. Too many eSIMs already installed on your device iPhones can store between 5 to 10 eSIM profiles depending on the model. If you've reached the limit, you'll need to remove an old eSIM before installing a new one.
2. This eSIM was already installed Most eSIMs can only be installed once. To check if it's already on your device:
- iPhone: go to Settings → Mobile Service and look for your Gohub eSIM in the SIM list
- Android: go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager and check if it appears there
If it's already there, you just need to adjust a few settings to get connected.
3. Mobile data is disabled Make sure Mobile Data is turned on before retrying the installation.
4. Unstable internet connection Poor Wi-Fi - especially on public or ship Wi-Fi - can interrupt the installation. Switch to a more stable network and try again.
5. Restart your device A simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Retry the installation after restarting.
