I'm getting a "PDP Authentication Failure" error
This error can be caused by a few different things. Check each of the following:
1. Check your remaining data
If your data allowance has run out, you may see this error when trying to connect. Check your remaining data in the Gohub app under My eSIM.
2. Check your APN settings
Make sure the APN is set correctly for your plan - all lowercase, no spaces. Contact Gohub via WhatsApp to get the correct APN for your specific plan.
3. Check your network operator
Make sure you're connected to the correct carrier as specified in your plan's Technical Details.
4. Reset your network settings
If the above steps don't help, try resetting your network settings:
- iOS: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings
- Android: Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings
Note: This will clear all saved Wi-Fi passwords, cellular settings, and APN settings. You'll need to re-enter them after the reset.
Restart your device after resetting, then check if the issue is resolved. If the error persists, contact Gohub via WhatsApp.
