I can't scan my QR code. What should I do?

If scanning your QR code isn't working, try the following steps:

1. Check the QR code display Make sure the QR code is well-lit, sharp, and fully visible on screen. If you're viewing it on another device, increase the screen brightness. If it's printed, check that the print isn't blurry or smudged.

2. Adjust your camera distance Hold your phone directly in front of the QR code and slowly move closer or further away until it comes into focus. Make sure the entire code fits within the frame.

3. Switch your Wi-Fi network A weak or unstable connection can interrupt the installation process. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network, then scan again.

4. Install manually instead If scanning still doesn't work, you can enter your activation details manually. Open your Gohub confirmation email or the Gohub app to find your activation code, then follow the manual installation steps.

5. Contact Gohub support If none of the above work, reach out via WhatsApp and our team will help you resolve it.
