I've tried everything but my eSIM still isn't working. What else can I do?

If you've gone through the relevant troubleshooting steps and your eSIM still isn't working, try resetting your network settings. This clears all saved Wi-Fi passwords, cellular settings, and APN settings - and often resolves persistent connection issues.

On iPhone
  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
  3. Tap Reset → Reset Network Settings
  4. Enter your passcode and confirm
On Android
  1. Go to Settings → General Management (or System)
  2. Tap Reset → Reset Network Settings
  3. Confirm the reset

After resetting, you'll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi networks and re-enter any APN settings. If your plan requires a specific APN, contact Gohub via WhatsApp to get the correct details before proceeding.

Restart your device after the reset, then check if the issue is resolved.
