What happens to unused data when my plan expires?

Any unused data is forfeited when your plan expires - it cannot be carried over, refunded, or transferred to a new plan.

For Fixed Data plans: if you don't use all of your data allowance before the plan's end date, the remaining data is lost.

For Daily Data plans: unused data from each day does not carry over to the next day. At the end of the plan, any remaining data from the final day is also forfeited.

Tip: If you're running low on data before your plan expires, you can purchase a new plan to top up.

Want to make the most of your data allowance? See Using your eSIM for tips on managing your data and avoiding unnecessary usage.
