What types of eSIM plans does Gohub offer?
Gohub plans differ in two ways: coverage area and data structure.
By coverage area:
-
Single-Country - connects you to one specific country's network. Typically the most affordable option per GB, with consistent speeds since it runs on a dedicated local network. Best for trips of 7 or more days focused on a single destination. Note: stops working the moment you cross into another country.
-
Regional - covers an entire area under one purchase, such as Southeast Asia, Europe, or US & Canada. No need to switch eSIMs or buy a separate plan each time you cross a border. Best for backpackers, multi-city itineraries, and inter-country travel, with typical coverage of 15 to 30+ countries per region.
-
Global - covers 150 to 200+ countries in a single plan. The most flexible option for frequent travelers, business trips, or round-the-world itineraries where destinations span multiple regions.
By data structure:
-
Fixed Data - you get a total data allowance (e.g. 5GB) to use anytime across your validity period. Great if your usage varies day to day - heavy one day, light the next. Use it at your own pace.
-
Daily Data - you get a set amount per day (e.g. 2GB/day) for each day of the plan. Ideal if you want predictable usage and a consistent connection every day. Note: unused daily data does not carry over to the next day.
