My device isn't on the list. Can I still buy a Gohub eSIM?

We recommend confirming your device supports eSIM before making any purchase. Gohub is unable to issue refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices.

Gohub's supported device list is updated regularly, so some newer or less common models may not appear yet - but that doesn't automatically mean they're incompatible. The fastest way to confirm is to check your settings directly:

  • iPhone: Go to Settings → Mobile Service → look for "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan"
  • Android: Go to Settings → Connections → SIM manager → look for "Add eSIM"

If the option is there, your device supports eSIM and you're safe to purchase.

If you're still unsure after checking, contact Gohub via WhatsApp before buying - our team can help you confirm compatibility.
