I already bought an eSIM but my device doesn't support it - what now?

Unfortunately, Gohub is unable to issue refunds for purchases made on devices that do not support eSIM.

This applies to all cases, including:

  • Devices with dual physical SIM slots that do not have an eSIM chip
  • Devices that are carrier-locked
  • Devices purchased in regions where eSIM is not supported for that model

We understand this is a frustrating situation. Before giving up, we recommend double-checking your device settings one more time:

  • iPhone: Go to Settings → Mobile Service → look for "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan"
  • Android: Go to Settings → Connections → SIM manager → look for "Add eSIM"

If the option is there, your device does support eSIM and you can proceed with installation.

If you've checked and are still having trouble, reach out to Gohub via WhatsApp - our team will do their best to assist you.
