Can I cancel or get a refund on my eSIM order?

Gohub's refund policy is designed to be fair - but eligibility depends on the situation. Here's what you need to know:

When a refund may be granted

  • Your eSIM cannot be activated after thorough troubleshooting, and a refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • The issue is caused by Gohub or the carrier and cannot be promptly resolved - a partial refund for remaining data may be granted in this case

When a refund will NOT be granted

  • The eSIM has already been successfully activated
  • The eSIM was deleted and reinstalled by the customer
  • Your device does not support eSIM or is network-locked
  • The eSIM has expired
  • You are dissatisfied with internet speed or call quality
  • Network issues caused by unstable local infrastructure or force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, wars)
  • You did not proactively contact Gohub support when an issue occurred

Important conditions

  • Customer cooperation during troubleshooting is required to be eligible for a refund
  • eSIM data packages cannot be modified or customized after purchase
  • Remaining data after plan expiry is non-refundable

Provide relevant screenshots or device settings for technical issues. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
