Can I use one eSIM on multiple devices?

No - an eSIM is designed for single-device use only. Once you install a Gohub eSIM on a device, it becomes tied to that specific device and cannot be transferred or reinstalled on another.

Why the one-device restriction?

This isn't just a technical limitation - it's intentional. Locking an eSIM to one device protects you from unauthorized access to your mobile service, prevents SIM cloning, and ensures accurate billing from the carrier. It also keeps the network stable for everyone.

What this means in practice
  • If you're traveling with multiple devices, you'll need a separate eSIM plan for each one
  • If you delete your eSIM - for any reason, including troubleshooting or switching phones - it cannot be reinstalled, even on the same device
  • If you factory reset your device, your eSIM will be lost

Our recommendation: Only install your eSIM on the device you plan to use for the entire trip.
