Yes. Gohub eSIM works throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina by connecting to trusted local networks. Purchase a plan at gohub.com, scan the QR code before departure, and your eSIM connects automatically when your device detects a local network. Coverage is strong in Sarajevo and major cities, with good reach along the Neretva Valley, Mostar, and the Republika Srpska corridor.

Install the eSIM via Wi-Fi before your trip. On iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM. On Android, go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager (Samsung) or Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (Pixel and others). Your eSIM activates automatically when your device first connects to a local network after landing — plan validity only begins at that point.

Yes. Gohub eSIM costs far less than standard carrier roaming, which runs $5–$15 per day with most US providers. Bosnia and Herzegovina is outside the EU, meaning travelers receive no EU roaming protections and standard roaming rates can be especially high. Gohub plans deliver full-speed data up to your cap, then reduce to 128 kbps.

A 1–2 week trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina typically needs 10–20 GB for moderate use — Sarajevo and Mostar navigation, maps, messaging, and social media. The Gohub 20 GB Call & SMS plan covers most itineraries comfortably, including road trips to Blagaj, the Kravice Waterfalls, and Sutjeska National Park. Download offline maps before heading into remote highland areas.

Data-only plans do not include a number but fully support WhatsApp and other VoIP apps.
