NEW ESIM REPLACEMENT POLICY WITHIN 1 HOUR

Gohub accepts the replacement of the new eSIM within 1 hour for customers with the following conditions:

Term & Conditions:

  • Customers need to immediately contact Gohub when encountering problems, and constantly update information within 1 hour with Gohub’s technician.
  • Customers need to provide full images/videos proving the error from the eSIM and must delete the erroneous eSIM before wanting to receive a new eSIM from Gohub.
  • Gohub only offers new replacements for a maximum of 20 faulty eSIMs for Vietnamese customers and 20 faulty eSIMs for foreign customers each week.
  • Gohub will either send a new eSIM or refund depending on the situation, and will be decided by Gohub’s technician.
