1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions
All services provided by Gohub Inc. related to prepaid eSIM resale are subject to the terms below. Alternative provisions are accepted only via written, explicit agreement.
2. Services Description
2.1 Reselling of eSIM
Prepaid eSIMs are resold through Gohub. Customers register and purchase via the website.
2.2 Registration for Using Gohub Services
To use services, customers must consent to these terms and provide information such as email, billing address, first and last name.
2.3 Gohub Engagements
Gohub will make reasonable efforts to provide high‑quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free service.
2.4 Customer Engagements
Customers must not use services in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent ways or compromise the network. Gohub may suspend services for violations; charges remain due during suspension.
2.5 Compatibility with Devices
Customers must ensure devices are network‑unlocked and eSIM‑compatible.
3. Contract: Beginning, Duration, and Termination
A service agreement is established upon ordering. If the customer has no active data package or deletes the eSIM, the contract ends.
4. Charges and Payment
4.1 Terms of Payment
Payments are processed in USD via Tazapay. Credit card processing is handled securely by Tazapay.
4.2 Charges for Use
- Unless otherwise stated, all charges include VAT.
- Off‑setting customer claims against Gohub is not permitted unless uncontested or upheld by court decision.
5. Delivery
After purchase, customers receive 3 emails (order confirmation, successful order, and QR code with installation instructions) to the checkout email.
6. Liability and Warranty
Gohub is not liable for damage due to intermittent or unavailable service and makes no warranty of continuous availability. For requests, email cs@gohub.com.
