    An eSIM will expire 30 days after you receive the email with the eSIM code. Please avoid purchasing too early and only install it on your departure day to maximize usage time.
  • Can I transfer an eSIM to another device?

    eSIMs cannot be transferred between devices.
  • How many times can I use an eSIM?

    Each Gohub eSIM can only be used once. If you delete the eSIM, it will disappear. Currently, Gohub eSIMs cannot be renewed after expiration or data depletion.
  • Can I extend or purchase additional data when my eSIM runs out?

    Gohub eSIMs do not currently support extensions or additional data purchases for travel eSIMs. Visit beta.gohub.com to select and purchase another eSIM package.
  • Can I install another Gohub eSIM if I already use a personal eSIM?

    The number of eSIMs you can install depends on your device. Refer to your device's specifications. Even if you install two eSIMs, only one can be active at a time.
  • Can eSIM be used immediately after installation? How long does it take?

    eSIMs can be installed and used right after purchase if you're already in a supported destination or country. Installation and activation are quick and can be completed in just a few minutes. However, it's recommended to activate the eSIM within two hours of your flight (as the eSIM’s validity starts from the activation date). Avoid early installation to ensure the eSIM doesn't expire during your trip.
  • Does eSIM require shipping?

    eSIMs are installed using a QR code sent to your email immediately after purchase, so there’s no need to wait for shipping.
  • Can eSIM activate a personal hotspot?

    Whether an eSIM can enable a personal hotspot depends on the eSIM type. Check the "Network Sharing Capabilities" section in the product description for details.
  • How do I know if the eSIM is successfully installed?

    For iOS:
    • After installation, the eSIM will appear under Settings > Cellular > Find in SIM.
    For Android:
    • After installation, the eSIM will appear under Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.
  • How can I check the data usage on an eSIM?

    For iOS:
    • Step 1: Go to Settings > Cellular.
    • Step 2: Select Cellular Data.
    • Step 3: Choose the eSIM to check > Return to Cellular.
    • Step 4: Check the data usage under Current Period.
    For Android:
    • Step 1: Go to Settings > Connections.
    • Step 2: Select SIM Manager.
    • Step 3: Enable the eSIM to check > Return to Connections.

  • How does eSIM work?

  • Which is more convenient: eSIM or physical SIM?

    eSIM is only compatible with certain newer devices. A physical SIM is the standard SIM card you manually insert into your device. Depending on your needs and whether your device supports eSIM, you might find eSIM more convenient.
