What you will do

Own product roadmap, meticulously outlining our vision into product requirements and deploy the features/products successfully. Collaborate side-by-side with designers and developers to ensure flawless launches, on-time delivery, and a user experience that’s both smooth and efficient.

Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Evaluate market needs and align them with the product’s strengths and capabilities. Acquire telcos products which tailor to customers’ wants and needs.

Become your own product expert. Analyze user data with a keen eye, identify user behavior patterns, and translate those insights into actionable improvements. This continuous cycle of data analysis and optimization will drive product evolution and user satisfaction.

Plan, manage and optimize product costs to ensure margin and scale product operations.
What success looks like

In the near-term, you will setup the metrics to ensure a positive customer journey, acquiring new users and promoting our products. You will also restructure the product portfolio to align between market needs and operational costs.

In the long-term, you will be responsible for developing and articulating a long-term strategy for Gohub’s market dominance. This includes identifying and implementing app/website features that drive customer retention and acquisition.

User and revenue growth will be your “north stars” – this is how we evaluate business impact and align goals/efforts throughout the company.
Who you are

3+ years of experience crafting exceptional tech products, ideally honed within a fast-paced startup environment.

You possess a deep well of product development knowledge, wielding metrics and data-driven hypotheses to measure impact, especially during critical early development phases.

Scalable technology mindset with clear communication approach to navigate cross-functional team dynamics.

You understand the power of UI/UX principles and have a keen eye for the retail landscape. Experience in B2C/retail tech, ecommerce, telecom, or similar fields is a major plus!
