We are searching for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Leader to join our team and drive our sales growth in the region. What you will do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Build and lead a high-performing B2B sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and motivation.

Identify and qualify for new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date on the latest eSIM trends and competitor landscape.

Develop and implement effective sales processes and methodologies.

Contribute to the development and go-to-market strategy for new eSIM solutions.
Who you are

Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.

Excellent English is a must. Third language will be a strong advantage.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of eSIM technology and its applications in various industries (a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
