As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in upholding our exceptional operational standards to provide customers with the smoothest experience, and closely aligning with the Head of Operations to ensure the success of the entire department.

Job Description

Inventory management: demand planning based on inputs of business teams, arrange suitable payments and logistics plan
Logistics management: in-charge of ecommerce logistics for SIM card products across all our sales channels, for both Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi branches.
System operations: in-charge of operating eSIM technical systems, ensure stable fulfillment of our products across timezones.
Team management: manage a team of 10 people (and growing), ensure their best performance and well-being.

Requirements

Knowledge of supply chains, and business operations/procedures, especially for digital products.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrates strong organizational and management skills, as well as a willingness to learn, be creative, and adapt under pressure.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Tech with at least 3 years in team lead or manager positions.
