1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All services provided by Gohub Inc., also known as Gohub, in conjunction with the prepaid eSIM resale shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
The website www.gohub.com contains the following terms and conditions. Gohub will only accept alternative provisions in the event of a written, clear agreement.
2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
2.1. RESELLING OF eSIM
Prepaid eSIMs are resold through Gohub. The customer registers and purchases its eSIMs through the website www.gohub.com.
2.2. REGISTRATION FOR USING GOHUB SERVICES
To use Gohub services, the customer must consent to the general terms and conditions. The following information is provided by the client on the website www.gohub.com either directly or through an intermediary of the service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency, etc.): Email address, billing address, first and last names
2.3. GOHUB ENGAGEMENTS
Gohub must make reasonable efforts to offer customers high-quality services. Gohub does not promise that the service will not be stopped or that it will be delivered on time, safely, or without errors.
2.4. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
The customer shall not use the equipment or services offered by Gohub in a way that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent, or that compromises or harms the network. Gohub has the right to terminate the Customer’s use of the Service if the Customer violates the terms of this Section 2.4. As soon as it’s practical to do so, Gohub will inform the customer of the suspension. The Customer shall continue to pay any Charges owing under this Agreement in relation to the stopped Services during any term of suspension.
2.5. COMPATIBILITY WITH DEVICES
The customer is in charge of making sure the device is network-unlocked and eSIM compatible. Customers can use this link to check whether your device is eSIM compatible. The list of devices that support eSIM is not complete, therefore there may be recently announced eSIM compatible devices that have not yet been added.
3. THE CONTRACT’S BEGINNING, DURATION, AND TERMINATION
The moment an order is placed on Gohub’s website, https://www.gohub.com, a service agreement is established between Gohub and the customer. The Customer is accountable for activating the eSIM under the help of Gohub, if needed. If the consumer does not have a current data package or has removed the eSIM from the device, the contract will be cancelled.
4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
4.1. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Paying for Gohub services is facilitated through the Tazapay gateway. Payments are processed in US dollars ($). Gohub’s provider, Tazapay (https://tazapay.com), will handle and secure the credit card transaction.
4.2. CHARGES FOR USE
4.2.1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges on Gohub are inclusive of VAT.
4.2.2. The customer is not permitted to offset any of its claims against those of Gohub, unless the customer’s claims are uncontested or have been upheld by an authoritative court decision.
5. DELIVERY
Following the purchase of an eSIM using the email provided during the checkout process, the customer will get 3 emails. Three emails were sent, including: 1 confirmed order email, 1 successfully ordered email, and 1 email containing the QR code and instructions for installing the eSIM.
6. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
Gohub disclaims liability for any harm caused by the proposed service’s intermittent or nonexistent availability. Gohub makes no assurances regarding the network service’s ongoing availability. Please send an email to cs@gohub.com with any requests.
