Guide for KYC (Know-Your-Customer) Mobifone – VietNam

📍📍 Notes:
  • The Ministry of Information and Communications (MOIC) has mandated that the registration and activation of SIM cards can only be conducted between 7:30 AM and 10:30 PM (GMT+7).
  • Recommended stable devices settings for registration:
      iOS: iOS version 14 or higher - iPhone X or later.
      Android: Android version 10 or higher.
  • To ensure efficient support, kindly provide Gohub team with the following details: Passport, Personal photo matching the Passport, eSIM ICCID.
  • Ensure you have an internet connection during the KYC process, and prepare your passport and a phone with a rear camera.
  • Once an eSIM is KYC-verified on one device, it cannot be transferred to another device.

Detail Information:

Step 1: Access the following link on a mobile device using your eSIM: https://neci.vn/hellovietnam

Step 2: Fill in your “Contact email” and “Phone Number”.

Step 3: Upload a clear image of your passport, a portrait photo and an image of your serial SIM image (You can choose to take a photo of eSIM QR Code or upload yours):

Step 4: Confirm the information provided with your digital signature. Then tick the below to agree with the policy and click Register:

Step 5: Wait for the Validation process. Then review and complete all the information:

Step 6: Click “Confirm” to submit all your information.

Step 7: Click here to track registration status.

Step 8: This notification will appear when you scan the QR code to activate your eSIM.Click here to track your order.
